This day gives us the opportunity to share with you the celebration of 12 years relaxing with NSR

The day begins at 9.30 am ‘Meet and Greet’ and includes:

 Open discussion

•  Heart Meditation and Visualisation
•  Relaxation Bodywork - Giving and receiving
•  Neutral insights
•  The approach to conscious living
•  Top up relaxation moves
•  Full inclusive lunch and refreshments

Within this we can explain how we can understand choice, with strategies to make a difference for life balance.
